Cannabis research and experimentation is truly "off the hook". The last few years have seen a burst of studies on health benefits -- especially addressing the role of Cannabidiol (CBD). Generalization from the results of often very narrow scientific studies is certainly helping to fuel the legalization movement, but also propagating a number of half-truths.

For example, one of the biggest quasi-scientific claims is that CBD is beneficial on its own without THC. Does THC have no medical benefit of its own? Is CBD truly non-psychoactive? There are also major questions and debates around seemingly simple policy matters, such as whether or not CBD is actually legal in the US, and applied technical questions, such as decarboxylation of THC-A.

This webinar brings together expert practitioners and analysts from within the medical cannabis movement to do a quick group vetting of some of the most widespread claims, misunderstandings and points of debate. Given that cannabis is a rapidly evolving field, our panelists may not be able to answer every question perfectly but will point attendees in the right general direction for further research. A full list of main questions to be tackled will be posted, and webinar participants will have the opportunity to submit their own burning questions to the panel.
