Are You Ready? Tips for Transportation & Logistics Providers on FLSA Update
Recorded on Tuesday, September 13, 2016:

1:00 - 2:30 pm Eastern US Time

Recent changes to the FLSA overtime regulations will increase the minimum salary threshold for employees to be exempt from overtime from $455 a week ($23,660/yr.) to $913 a week ($47,476/yr.). This update will have a huge impact on nearly all transportation & logistics companies nationwide. While this change is dramatic, the issue is fundamentally a math problem with a heavy dose of human psychology thrown in for good measure.

Beth Carroll, founder and managing principal of Prosperio Group, has over 18 years of experience developing compensation plans for companies across the globe. She will provide you with a thorough explanation of all the changes taking place, different examples for handling the changes without dramatically increasing your employee costs, and tips on dealing with the psychological fall-out of reclassification. This webinar will walk you through all you need to know to prepare for the December 1, 2016 deadline.
